Returns to William Edward has to be done within 7 days and customer will receive store credit

for the amount of item returned. 

Exchanges to William Edward has to be done within 7 days. If item is out of stock, customer

will receive store credit for the amount of the exchanged item. We do not allow returns and

exchanges on any jewelry.
